My areas of service are Kissimmee, St. Cloud, South Orlando, Celebration and throughout the Greater Osceola County region.

I have been an Independent real estate professional since 1972 and obtained Broker status in 1978. I am a multi-million dollar producer and achieved Top Over-All Sales and Listing Associate for Goodwin Realty in the following years: 2006, 2005, 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998,1 996 and in 1994. I achieved Top Producer in the following years: 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2004, 2003 and in 2002.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970 at the University of South Florida. I am a Broker Associate Certified Residential Specialist( CRS ), graduate of The Real Estate Institute( GRI ),  member of National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Florida Certified Commercial Institute-CCIM.

I am Past President & Director- Osceola Center for the Arts, a member of the American Cancer Society-Florida Division Inc., a volunteer of Reach to Recovery Program, past member of the Affordable Housing Task Force for the City of Kissimmee, member of H.O.S.T.S-Osceola County School Mentor program, Director of Downtown Kissimmee Area Council and director in the Osceola Co. Historical Society.
