My area of expertise is in foreclosure properties in Osceola County, Polk County, Orange County, Lake County, Brevard County and Seminole County.
I have been licensed in the State of Florida since 1986 and have primarily focused on residential real estate with in-depth experience in conventional sales, foreclosure sales and short sale homes. One of my overall strengths as a Central Florida real estate agent is my attention to detail and my focus on customer service. I truly believe these are the building blocks for my continued success in the real estate industry.
I work heavily with bank owned properties and am currently the Listing Agent for several banks, including Bank of America, Bank of New York, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo and HSBC Bank National.
I am REO Certified, a Military Relocation Specialist, a Resort and Second Home Specialist, an Osceola County Code Enforcement Board Member, a former Saint Cloud Code Enforcement Board Member, an Osceola County Association of Realtor Grievance Committee Member, a Guardian Ad Litem Volunteer, a Member of the National Association of Realtors and a Member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors.
During my college years I majored in Marketing at Harper College in Illinois and graduated from John Robert Powers, Illinois where I studied Public Relations, Communication, Social Awareness and Professional Imaging.
