Living in Osceola County for over 40 years has provided a great depth of knowledge in the areas of residential, commercial and vacant land properties. I have seen many changes and tremendous growth in the Central Florida real estate market, and continue to place great emphasis on my knowledge of community that I assist home buyers, home sellers and real estate investors in.
Most everyone has a career prior to Real Estate and mine was working for over 13 years with the Federal Government. It was a phenomenal opportunity that provided an environment for me to learn diligence, endurance and success with ethics. The professional training I have received has made it possible for me to enjoy a great amount of successful real estate transactions, consistent amounts of positive referrals and a plethora of satisfied clients.
I love to learn, so in an ever changing business like real estate, I found the perfect venue in continued education. I am Broker Associate and have the Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI)and Accredited Buyer’s Representative(ABR) designations. What this means to you is I am dedicated to performing at higher levels as your real estate agent. Each Real Estate transaction has its own personality and should be treated with skill, care and diligence. Real Estate laws change everyday in Florida, so it’s critical that Realtors stay current on what might impact a client. I often attend professional Realtor education seminars that take place throughout the state; however, and never miss an opportunity to share information within the professional network on properties that I have been contracted to sell.
I truly enjoy what I am doing. Marketing your property to sell or helping you find just the right home is what I enjoy most! It is not just buying and selling property, it is meeting your needs as a client and doing it consistently.
